CHANGING Registers with Ministry of Digital Affairs, Complies with e-Signature Law

The amendment to Taiwan′s e-Signature Law was passed in its third reading this April. To foster a healthy development environment for Taiwan′s e-signature technology service industry, the Ministry of Digital Affairs launched the "e-Signature Solution Service Capability Registration Mechanism." Through this credible registration system, a domestic e-signature industry map is being established. It also supports AATL (Adobe Approved Trust List) certification, which is equivalent to a seal on paper documents, preventing document tampering. Additionally, the signing report includes security features not found in paper documents, such as the signing time, the signer′s IP address, and the device used, providing comprehensive security assurance.
