CYBERSEC 2026, Taiwan’s annual cybersecurity conference, will be held from May 5 to May 7, 2026 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 2. Under the theme RESILIENT FUTURE, the event highlights practical industry adoption and cross domain collaboration for stronger digital resilience. CHANGING will focus on manufacturing and supply chain security, featuring device Root of Trust practices for mass production, and sharing post quantum cryptography (PQC) migration readiness and future planning.
On the 4th floor, CHANGING’s IoT focused exhibits are organized into two showcase areas. The AIoT and Hardware Security Zone highlights device identity and key and certificate management with CLM and KMS, extending into mass production delivery and post deployment operations. The Cyber Taiwan Pavilion special exhibition area demonstrates Secure Manufacturing and Secure Provisioning, including identity provisioning before and after shipment, private key protection, and production line control. As AIoT moves from pilot deployments to large scale rollouts, risks extend beyond the network perimeter to device identity, firmware versions, key and certificate management, and contract manufacturing workflows, making controls around shipment increasingly critical.
Starting from a Device Root of Trust, CHANGING will present key governance practices for manufacturing environments. Using an HSM as the protection boundary for private keys, Ciot KMS manages key lifecycles and approval controls to support auditing. Ciot CodeSign connects release workflows with production line signing and on device verification to reduce unauthorized signing and version issues. Ciot CLM supports issuance, renewal, and revocation to help manage update cycles and reduce expiration related risks, keeping governance consistent across delivery and OTA update verification.
On the 1st floor at CYBERSEC EXPO, CHANGING will share PQC migration pathways and practical readiness guidance, alongside Zero Trust Architecture and Identity Authentication applications for identity management in government, finance, technology, and healthcare. With international standards progressing and NIST releasing the first set of PQC related FIPS standards, PQC is becoming an evaluation item in procurement and compliance. CHANGING will outline migration strategies, evaluation priorities, and how algorithm changes impact certificates, signing workflows, and delivery requirements, while keeping room for future adjustments.
PQC highlights a new wave of computing risk, making early quantum risk and crypto asset inventories essential, starting with long lifecycle systems that are hard to recall. With Crypto Agility, organizations can run legacy and next generation algorithms in parallel and migrate in stages. CHANGING will provide practical guidance on validation, adoption steps, and documentation for compliance and delivery. More information: https://www.changingtec.com/EN/
